The criterion was assessed using the following key aspects, role and powers of say functionaries, staff recruitment, appraisal of performance of teachers, use of new communication technologies. Welfare schemes, mechanisms for grievance redressal, budgeting and auditing and resource mobilizing and its use. The college is governed on the principle of participation and transparency.
The academic and administrative planning in the institution move hand-in-hand. The Principal , Staff Council, Governing Body, Foundation Society, Executive Committee, the Disciplinary Committee, the Admission Committee, the Timetable Committee, the Library Committee and various other committees work together for the smooth administration of the institution.
